Nature Heals

Nature Heals

It's been a long time since I've felt this inner calmness as I walk in an isle surrounded by trees, with gentle breeze and chirping birds.

I practice stillness as I focus on the movement of air passing in and out of my nose.

Thoughts come and go. The inner noise starts to come out and disperses in the open space where I am passing through.

I continue walking until I gaze upon the sight of a body of water. I walk barefooted, feeling the warmth of the sand while basking in the sun.

It feels so good. The mask of worries and fears starts to be ripped. The shield of self doubt starts to be torn as I regain my self worth.

I run to the sea and enjoy the salt water. It feels like I'm being cleansed of all the negative thoughts and emotions I have accumulated throughout these years of a busy life.

With a lot of testimonials of users from different parts of the world, I'm happy and grateful to be  part of this advocacy.
