Good-bye Eye Bags

“I faced the mirror and noticed that it was fading away.”

Sleepless nights…

After crying…

Distress…

Hello eye bags!

Good-bye Eye Bags

Do you have these dark circles around your eyes also known as “eye bags”?

Since when have you noticed it?

As far as I can remember, I started having eye bags when I was in Nursing School. There were sleepless nights so that I would be able to comply with the school requirements.

It was also at that time when I was diagnosed with Iron-deficiency Anemia. Having low iron supply in the blood may cause poor oxygenation in tissues which can also cause eye bags.

Other causes, according to Natural Eye Care are the following:

  • Aging
  • Genetics
  • Fluid Retention
  • Allergies
  • Sensitivities
  • Lack of Sleep
  • Stress

Working on the root cause of these eye bags would help in getting rid of these.

I love doing natural experiments on myself.

Having different variants of OLEIA Oil on my dresser, I chose Frankincense and applied it on my eyebags for several weeks. (I actually forgot when I started. haha)

I also started working on my diet by eating healthy foods and refraining from junk foods.

I changed my sleeping pattern by trying to sleep earlier than 12 midnight. (This may be late for most but I’m changing the pattern slowly until I get the right time to sleep.)

Until one day, I noticed that the dark circles below my eyes have lightened. The puffiness was also reduced.

I love the wonders of OLEIA oils, though I know that they have a scientific basis.

Frankincense Oil helps in reducing the puffiness of the eyes and it also promotes cell regeneration.

OLEIA Frankincense Oil is a blend of Frankincense oil and other plant-based healthy oils synergistically formulated by a Biochemist so that the body will easily absorb healthy nutrients as it penetrates the skin to the blood vessels and tissues of the body, helping the affected cells to heal and regenerate properly.

And now, I’m starting to say Good-bye to these eyebags.
