Since I worked from home, my body movements got limited.
My usual day had been spent sitting most of the time.
When I work on the computer, I don’t notice that I have been sitting for 2-3 hours, especially when I’m focused on a certain task.
This is totally unlike two or three years ago. In the morning, I went brisk walking not wanting to be late for work. Haha! I used to rush things back then.
I preferred climbing flights of stairs in the office. I shunned the elevator.
Nowadays, I have to content myself with my pre and post head-to-toe meditation exercise at least 15 minutes a day. I feel though, I must do more.
Living in a Bungalow house, I have almost everything within my reach.
This week has kept me so busy with series of online meetings and computer work.
One day when I woke up, I felt pain at the back of my thighs just above the back of my knees.
I applied OLEIA Oil Frankincense on the affected part and it gave me relief from the pain.
I thought that it was just because of the wrong sleeping position but the pain came back the following day.
Then I realized that I was sitting for several straight hours during the 2-day period prior.
I was so engrossed in my work. I overlooked that my lower extremities needed a break for the good circulation. A brief walk or a few minutes standing was all that my legs needed.
Furthermore, my working table is not really physically ergonomic.
Good thing that I have OLEIA Oil readily available to help relieve the pain.
Aside from being a natural painkiller, it allows fast transdermal delivery of healthy nutrients to the blood vessels and tissues of the body, helping the affected cells to heal and regenerate properly.
However, I also have to take care of my body by having an active lifestyle to help natural remedies like this to work more effectively on my body.
It could be challenging during these days that everything is in a rush but our priorities will determine the things that are important to us.
Does it include our health and wellness?
If that’s the case, let’s say NO to sedentary lifestyle! Let’s keep those legs moving.
