Currently, most people are living in a more sedentary lifestyle due to limitations brought by working from home, recreational restrictions and other things.

But let’s not make these constraints stop us from being healthy.


1. MAKE A CHOICE

Even with how many tips are given to us and we’re not yet decided to change our habits and lifestyle when it comes to health, nothing will change.


We have to do something and be accountable for it.

2. BE AWARE

Every need varies from person to person.
Now, listen to your body, mind and soul. Just observe and take note of the things that need to be changed or improved.
