Currently, most people are living in a more sedentary lifestyle due to limitations brought by working from home, recreational restrictions and other things.
But let’s not make these constraints stop us from being healthy.

We have to do something and be accountable for it.

Do you need “ME” time?
How do we do it? Through some activities which are not limited to meditations, mindfulness, exercise, and/or taking a day off from work, social media and negative news.

5. TAKE ACTION
What do we feed our body? In this fast-pacing world, we are used to taking chemically prepared instant food to make our life easy.
But what effect does it have on our body?
While fruits and vegetables are good for detoxifying our body, these are also energy boosters to keep us healthy and strong.
This was already taught to us since we were young, isn’t it?
Aside from the physical aspect, what do we feed our mind and soul?
It’s good to be mindful of the things that we watch and listen to because they can really have a psychological impact.
Everything has to be in moderation.
